Hi there,

You need to first hit save in Joomla then under the Advanced tab you will get a Unique Key to enter.

See my attached

Hope that helps.

Hi Alex.

I can see that, but I have two keys, a public and a private key, which one should I use. I have tried with both and not shows up on the user registration page.

Hi Alex

Unfortunately either of them bring up the field on the registration form. I have tried with both of them.

Hi,

The unique key field in the field settings IS NOT FOR recaptcha's public / private key. That is for the system to identify field uniquely.

You should insert your public/private key at EasySocial -> Applications -> Recaptcha.

Hi Normand,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

Hi Normand,

I am sorry for the late reply.

I have tried to replicate this issue locally, but I unable to reproduce it. I am sorry, can you please provide us with backend access to your site so that we can directly debug this issue directly on your site. It might be some conflict with any plugin or template or something else. I am sorry, please do understand that it is hard for us to "guess" what is the real issue on your site and provide you with the appropriate fix. Perhaps, you can try change your site's existing template with Joomla template and see how it goes.

By the way, you can provide the site access by putting it in the site details tab below. Only our support team can view the credentials. Also, you can contact us on crm.stackideas.com , our priority support channel. You can provide us the credentials there.

Please advise.

Hi

So... Here you find the access...

By the way, I test it on other basic joomla test site... It work well (even from map that doesn't work too on my site)...
I think it's a jquery conflict or something like that. I test with joomla template... Same issue!

If you need another permission access, tell me.

By the way

I get an other issue (not related). When we add somes others custom fields, we put string to translate on administrator/language/com_easysocial/com_easysocial.ini. Translate it, all is ok. But when we update EasySocial... languages files as gone! So we must refile all unique strings and translate again!

Hi Normand,

I am sorry for the late reply.

I have inspected your site and it seems like your reCaptcha custom field is showing this: http://screencast.com/t/QfkagWOOH7pg . Could you double-check that your credentials are set correctly with no extra characters or spacing at reCaptcha. By the way, I cannot continue further inspection on your site since I'm hitting this when viewing EasySocial Applications. Can you please provide us with superadmin access so that we assist you much quicker.

Regarding the second question, language translation, I believe it is the default behaviour for EasySocial to override the language file to the latest version. By the way, you can use Joomla Language Overrides to overcome this issue. What you can do is that create a new override http://screencast.com/t/tBZsEnJme and save it. This language string will be kept separately from EasySocial and it will not get overriden when updating EasySocial.

Hope this help and please advise.

Which ressource you would access? Normally you have full for EasySocial except user tab...

I adding solinfo.dnsalias.com in my KEY setting (but not change in the issue)... Double check the setting of the key...

By the way, I have put you in administrator group with no restriction... Please be carefull....

I have think to this solution. It's the best. I will put my translate string into a com_easysocial_customfield.ini which must be not change on update. A very usefull feature would be to have a way to indicate that the fields must be added in this fields, for example with a checkbox next to the fields

Hello Normand,

I am not entirely sure if your issues are resolved now since there are so many different questions on a single thread (This is why we prefer you to start a new thread if you have a new issue as it is easier for us to keep track of your issues)

Can you please advise if everything is fine now?

Hi Mahd

Sorry for that... now you have full access... Please be carefull

I think there is a conflict with other module or plugin that run jscript before the script need to captcha or map... Reason : The div whcih must contain the reCaptcha is empty after the page is load.

As I said before, I have change the template for "prostar" with same issue... So I dont think the conlict come from my template.
I have disable the maximenu ck too... Same issue
I have Disable "share this bar", and all module containning "adSense"... no effect...

Thank you for your help.

Hi Normand,

After debugging long time ago, it seems like this plugin causing the issues "System - Ads Starter Elite" , I already help you temporary disabled this plugin then the recaptcha display properly now.

In my suggestion, it would be best if you can consult with this plugin provider regarding this issues, check my screenshot below.
That is why the recaptcha is not show out properly, i guess this plugin doing something so messed up the recaptcha script.
