Hi

I purchased EasyDiscuss on 11th December and I have not yet received a confirmation email from Stack Ideas with my username/password or information on how to download the component.

I have confirmation from PayPal that my payment was completed.
Could someone please contact me ASAP to advise how I go about downloading the component now?

I've checked our payment database using your registered email address but I am unable to locate any purchases at all. Would you be kind enough to send us your purchase's email address and/or reference number to our CRM? It should have been purchased using tanne@incub8.com.au or tanne@ittoolbox.com.au.
