Public users are not able to see discussions

Hi support,

I setup a new Joomla site with EasyDiscuss 3.2.9248 on Joomla 3.2.1.

After install, I created a few categories and posts, and for all categories, I set up permission so that all public users are allowed to view the posts.

However, I found that I can see the posts only after I logged in to Joomla site. I double checked the permission settings on both Joomla and EasyDiscuss many times and still can't found how can I fix it so that visitors are allows to see the posts without log in.

Kindly advice.

Hi Arlex,

I followed your suggestion and surprisingly it works. I don't know why, just go to options and save again.

Anyway, thanks a lot for the help.

Sorry for late reply to this,
That's strange, you try go to your Joomla backend > User > User Manager > Option > Re-save and see this method help or not?
If no, could you mind provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this issues? Please advise.

Actually that was known issues from Joomla 3.2, thanks for getting back to know that is work and glad to know your issues resolved.
