I noticed an issue that reoccurred on both installations so I thought I'd ask-When updating a profile on the front end as a super user- it goes into a blank screen. I tested registered users updating and seems to work fine and I am aware as a super user I can update from the rear-is that expected? Also, it is telling me to extend my subscription which I just got

I have tested in my local when i trying to updating the profile as Super User, it seems work fine for me.
May i know which user profile are you trying to update? Easyblog or EasySocial?

Provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access as well. Please advise.

How do you reproduce this issue? I am logged in as unclesam and upon saving my profile, I did not hit this error.

hmm, not sure, did the same thing for unclesam, got the same error. I just tried a profile with "publisher:" status and it worked fine. It seems to be a "super user" issue and if that is the case, I can live with that, but yes, I still get the "superuser" error!

To be make sure that, you provided that user login credential (unclesam) is one of the Super User right?

hello Joseph Sigur,

Thanks for getting back to us, after debugging long time ago, it seems like this User - profile plugin causing this issues, when I trying to disabled this plugin, the UncleLim edit the profile without any error now.
