Are you referring this language custom field? If yes, unfortunately that was not possible auto detect the user viewing which language version of the site.

No, I don´t mean the language custom field.

What I meant was, is it possible to set which profile type will be shown in which language. Similarly to Joomla, i.e. when I have a multilingual site I can select the language an article or menu will be shown on. Which means I can have the exact same item as on the English sit, shown on a different language, in that language.

Unfortunately at this point of time, it is not possible to display profile types by language but it's definitely a good suggestion / idea into building a true multi lingual site.

Perhaps if you could add this on our feature request area at http://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial ?
