I added the information you requested. Any we found another issue where the email fetching does not always delete the mail messages and keeps adding the message over and over again.

Which browser are you using to test? I tested this with both Chrome and Firefox and these dropdown links are actually working for me as you can see from my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/HyQwys4CO

I am using a Surface Pro 3. My other designer is using a Lenovo Yoga. BOTH are touch screen. It seems to be consistent on touch screen devices.

Currently I do not have these such of touch device, but can you try download my attached file, extract it and replace into this file location and see how it goes?

Note : Ensure you have turn on 'development' mode from backend > Easydiscuss > setting > general > maintenance

By the way, I've tried to connect with your FTP server, but I hitting following error :

Response:	550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel

Error:	Could not connect to server
