Hello,
I experienced a problem with integration Komento with phpBB3.1 profile system. When I integrate profiles and avatars with phpBB integration and when I try to open any Joomla article a receive an error:
Unable to load Database Driver: phpbbdbdrivermysqli
When I switch profile integration to Gravatar for example, everything is fine.
Hi there,

It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Thank you
I am not sure if I understood what you mean. You want an access to my website, right? I can do that but now my forum is phpBB3.0 and I need to update it to 3.1 first.

Hey there,

This looks like a bug in the PHPBB 3.0 integration . We'll test this internally and we will release a new version if there is a bug fix. I am sorry but unfortunately support is only provided to users with a valid subscription.

Hey Tytus,

Unfortunately we do not have this documentation yet, but we will update this instruction in our Komento documentation page in the future.

By the way, can you try following guideline and see how it goes?

1. Integration - Set to "PHPBB"
2. Path to PHPBB - Enter your PHPBB path e.g. if your current phpbb path is JoomlaRootFolder/PHPBBFolderName, so you have to put /PHPBBFolderName
3. PHPBB URL - Enter your phpbb forum URL e.g. http://forums.stackideas.com

You also can refer on my attachment below.

Thank you for your reply

I using J.3.4 and PHPBB 3.1. I set as you wrote but when I click on profile (on the page) I have an error:

Notice: Undefined variable: article in /home/xxxxxxxxx/domains/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/components/com_komento/router.php on line 85

It seems like you have post this similar question from your original thread -> http://stackideas.com/forums/error-after-phpbb-configuration

It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Also, please understand that priority support is only available for paid subscribers. If you are using a free version, support is limited to the forums only.

Thanks for understanding.
