I did a "Move to Page" for Custom Fields. While there was no impact on standard fields. I lost the data I entered for Custom Fields.

I have currently restored using a BackUp but I need to move fields now... what do you suggest..

Hi Mark,

There is no issue with Standard Fields. There is a issue with Custom Fields for e.g. create a Multi Dropdown Field with a name and Unique identifier, fill in some default values. Save. Then Move it to a different Page - all details will be lost for the field on the new page.

Hi Mark,

I have moved fields individually and saved after moving every couple - it worked for one profile. Then I rapidly moved a number of fields across following which on save I lost all data again. I am just highlighting this as an FYI. Will be trying to resolve it at my end through trial and error or redoing the whole thing.

Hi Mohd,

Apologies for getting he late reply was busy with travel.

I think I have figured the issue out following the transfer of fields I also deleted the page which they were on before saving. This must be the cause of the error but I have not tested it due to the possibility of data loss. I have now been successful in moving items a couple at a time and saving them without any issue.
