hello , I have purchased from your website Easyblog , but whenever i put it in extension manager in joomla 3 , i find this message :
1146 Table 'db557122978.fzoeq_easyblog_configs' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW CREATE TABLE `fzoeq_easyblog_configs`

I tried this solution

1. Copy all the sql code from the attached sql file given. Replace the#_ with your table prefix.
2. Paste the sql code in your myPHPadmin and run it.
3. Unzip your easyblog installer file if you have not unzip (skip this part if you already unzip it)
4. go to your easyblog installer file > admin > look for this file install.mysql.utf8.sql as shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/4q4vXlIA
5. once you already accessed the install.mysql.utf8.sql, remove all the sql codes then save it then zipped the installer file again
6. Go to your backend > extension manager > upload the recently zipped installer file

but it doesn't work.

Can you please help me, please?
Hello Pedro,

I've tried to access your backend and I got this: Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet. And same goes to your FTP. Please check your access and re-provide it to us.

Hello Nick,

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried the username and password from the site and FTP that I insert in 'Site Details' and it works. I hope you can access.

Thanks

Best Regards

Pedro

Hello Pedro,

Thanks for the access. However, when I try to instal any component on your site (not only Easyblog), I get this: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-18_1615.png . This means somewhere wrong with your Joomla site.

Hello Nick,

Thanks for your help. I've certainly encountered the same problem installing another component. I'll contact my hosting. However I see that EasyBlog tables have been created on my database. I must delete them before retry installing EasyBlog?

Best Regards
Pedro
