Regarding this issue, I was unable to replicate this issue on your site, perhaps you can try open new browser > login > click create event button again and see is it the issue still persists?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
