Hello,
we have translated the Romanian language for Easysocial (the com ini file), now there must be some problem in it since when I substittute the original file with the new one, the component reverts back to English.
Since the file is quite big, do you have any suggestion on how to quickly debug it?
Thanks

A.T.
Hello A.T.

Regarding your issue, most likely the language file has enclosed double quotes or there are extra double quotes in between the open and closing quotes for a string. Usually what I did to debug these kind of issue is to remove the block of language strings part by part to narrow down which string causing the issue. It might take some time

Hope this help.

Hello Mark,
sorry but I'm not Romanian, I'm developing a project on behalf of a Romanian company and they translated it all for me.
BTW, one silly question: who gets the registration notification in Easy social? I have one super admin and two admins in Joomla and only the super admin gets the registration emails, shouldn't the mail be delivered to all the Admins?
Thanks

Alberto

Hey Alberto,

Ah, I see. Thanks for the heads up on this. I will manually upload your translation file on Transifex. As for the site admin's, currently EasySocial only sends notification emails to super admins . It does not send to normal administrator.

Hello,
don't you think it would be very useful to have such a feature configurable at user level or group level?
This way it would be possible to have co-admin without giving too much control to low skilled persons.
Bye
