Goodmorning,

I have an error with my easyblog and I have this problem after the update to the new version!
The error is :
JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Can someone help me?
Thanks a lot
Hey ROBERTO,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hi, I've done as you said! All the informations that you need are in the dashboard that you linked me!
Many thanks!

Ps: When I write a new post, I can't see the image that I choose while I'm editing the post, but I can see the image from the site without any problem, can you also see this thing?

Hey Roberto,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

May i know how to reproduce this error? because I tried to create a new post in your site, it seems work fine without hitting this error : JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

And the image is appear on your blog listing page, but it need time to load the image.

Looking forward of your response.

Hi, don't worry!

I attach you two screens to make sure to let me understand.
The first one is for the image's problem.
The error Json, instead, doesn't appear anymore, but before of your help it appeared on the green section in the second image!

It also appear correct for me, perhaps you can try inspect element if this happen again, you can take a look of my second screenshot below.

If these image do not display correctly, there should have hitting some error.

Hi Roberto,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. I've tested to view the image in both composer and frontpage from my end and it does shows up correctly as you can see from the screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/UveONy5Vv . Can you try to open this image link, http://www.cesiform.it/images/easyblog_articles/18/b2ap3_small_IMMAGINE-TERNA.PNG from your side?

It might be some css issue as well but we cannot provide the proper fix since we are not able to replicate the issue here on your site.
