Problem with built-in editor

I noticed some mistakes after upgrade.

This is the original text I posted:
Bir soru var: "İngilizce'yi hemen nasıl öğrenirim?" veya daha avam bir tabirle "Bu İngilizce işini nasıl çözerim?"

This is what it appears in ED4 after having posted:
Bir soru var: "İngilizce'yi hemen nasıl öğrenirim"; veya daha avam bir tabirle";Bu İngilizce işini nasıl çözeri"t;

Please see differences which I underlined. This distort all text. What is the problem?

May i know did you update to 4.0.6 version yet?

Because this issue should fixed in latest version already.

I use 4.0.6. I see it didn't correct automatically, but when I go inside the post and update it, yes it is okay now. However, all post should be updated manually. Resolved anyway.
