No mather if I use gif png jpg jpeg I get the same error when i upload the image
HTTP error ?

Also sub folder i created do not show

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The problem is actually because of Admin Tools. I have disabled the DFI shield as outlined in http://stackideas.com/faq/easyblog/i-have-issues-uploading-images-in-media-manager and it works fine now
