Preview image for media-player

G'day,

not sure if i am right here with this question...

I've a couple of FLV-files integrated in my blog:

for example:
http://www.meinoz.de/index.php/reiseblogs/blogger/entry/reisetagebuch-die-letzten-videos

now i`d like to enable a preview image and get stucked.

How can i enable this in adding some vars into the source ?

Or do i have to ask elsewhere ?
