Hi, I am again experiencing issues with the autopost to LinkedIn. Twitter and FB work fine. I had this issue about 6 months ago and your support team assisted. I've had to redo the settings using the instructions provided by the support team and it was working but after an upgrade to EB I tried them again but it isn't working.

I am attaching the solution which I was provided but this doesn't seem to work anymore.

I even tried to post a new blog post rather than click the LinkedIn icon in the post taht didn't work, but it doesn't appear on Linkedin.

Hopefully you can assist.

Thanks.
Hi Sarah,

I am sorry for the late reply.
Can you provide us with backend access and your Linkedin access so that we can further investigate this issue.

Please advise.

Hi Sarah,

Can you provide us with your site's backend access. Also, can you provide us with the verification code for this: http://screencast.com/t/MJKzNrBP6ud sent to your email?

Please advise.

Hi, I never received the email you sent. Did you send it to sarah@silkwebsolutions.com. Also, the client says that the post to LinkedIn worked today so did you do something or was it something I did yesterday?

Hello Sarah,

The code is actually sent by Linkedin and it isn't sent by us. Perhaps you need to check with your client which email did they use to register on Linkedin?

Oh ok got it! I though you had sent me something. It is their email address so they will have received the verification code but as I say they indicated the autopost worked today so we will see if it continues to work.

Hello Sarah Kennedy Green

I already apply the fix in your site. Can you give a try publish a blog post and see the post is it autopost in your linkedin account. If the post still cannot show in your linkedin account, please provide us again a new linkedin verification code because the old linkedin verification code already expired.

Ok, so whatever you did it is not posting correctly. When we click on the "companies" in LinkedIn it appears as a Telnet update (see company_page.png page attached) but if you click on the actual Telnet Networks page it doesn't appear (see telnet_page.png attached). I've also attached the new validation pin

Hello Sarah,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,
May i know you mentioned that "Telnet Networks page" is your Linkedin business page right?

If yes, is it possible provide us with some screenshot regarding your Linkedin apps configuration setting? Because the linkedin code you provided is not always send to us immediately, so the code always get expired.

Yes, you have the correct page. Today all of the missing posts appeared on the company page so it appears there may be a lag when the posts are added. I am going to close this ticket for now and we will see if it happens again, we will wait for 1 day to see if they eventually appear.

Thanks!
