Posting questions causes error message but questions posts

I've recently got the problem that when users post a new question they get this error message:

The new question is stored though and shows up in the recent discussions list.

I am sorry. I can't replicate this issue on your site. I have successfully create a test post on your site. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/DIDpg7B4 . Am I missing something here?

Maybe that's a temporary problem due to busy server. I'll let you know if the problem reoccurs.
