Hi Gents,
I'm a Wordpress user and only started using Joomla because WP had nothing to compare with JReviews at the time. I used WP for Joomla but stopped because at the time it would not allow multiple bloggers. That seems to have been addressed.

Wordpress for me is just so much easier to use and allows me to change themes and preview posts etc. Not being able to preview posts from the backend is a major pain in the ass from my perspective and I find myself wondering what your intentions are with EasyBlog.

You've put a lot of effort into EasySocial and it looks like a great product. I'm glad to see someone giving JomSocial a run. But what about EasyBlog?

Are you doing anything to close the gap of this component with Wordpress? Please give me a reason why I shouldn't use WP for Joomla instead of EasyBlog?

Thanks for your time.

Peter
Hello Peter,

Thanks for asking.
Easyblog is a native Joomla component compared to WP for Joomla which is actually a bridge to Joomla and you will have 2 different interface at the backend. This is the major differences between WP and Easyblog. Easyblog does comes with a commenting system by default and you will be able to integrate blog with forum as well.

As for both of them; Easyblog and WP, should be able to blend into your site's theme without any issues at all. If you have more questions please don't hesitate to ask us.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.
