I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The problem is because the AJAX calls are failing and the reason is simply because you have set the following in your configuration.php file

public $live_site = 'https://www.myyoupy.com/';

When you set the url above, all ajax calls made to the server will have a www prefix. However, I believe you are accessing the site without the www prefix. I have removed the url in the configuration.php so that it allows Joomla to determine what is the current URL being accessed.


On a side note, you really should be reducing plugins on your site, the site is extremely slow because you just have too many stuffs installed on the site. Come on, do you really use all those unnecessary plugins / modules?
