Sorry for the late reply. Managed to fix it.
Used the following solutions:

After running the query to add extra columns
Then I clear ACL records.
Then run installation with console open and error reporting at max.
Found out there was a missing column in the post table (i think it was "access" - cannot remember sorry)
Add that extra missing column.
Re-run installation and seems to be working.
