Did you able to complete the installation phase? As I do not have a better view of this issue "Post Installation Cleanup hangs during upgrade", this maybe caused by the '#__easyblog_acl_group' has a huge record probably have a same issue as this ticket http://stackideas.com/forums/upgrade-from-5-0-19-to-5-0-20-hangs-at-45#reply-216651

-> Can you make a quick fix for this by edit the file:
/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/constants.php and locate the codes below,

define('EBLOG_VERSION_SERVICE', 'http://stackideas.com/updater/manifests/easyblog');

Replace it with

define('EBLOG_VERSION_SERVICE', 'https://info.stackideas.com/updater/manifests/easyblog');

and see how it goes?
p.s: you're suggested to backup the file that you want to edit beforehand as precaution
