Is it possible to get some sort of content templates for a post?
>> If you mean to have a pre-written content every time your blogger creates a post then this is not possible.

If a blogger wants to insert an image as center in a text or on the right, how do they do it in a simple way?
>> This depends on the editor you are using. Generally editor allow you top select the image you have inserted and then adjust the alignment by click on the image icon in the editor to bring up the image manager
