Hi,
Just a little request that will be fine when multi user use easyblog, they could not add photos on post... No really problem for that, except when you want to have a pretty front end !
When there is no photos added on cover, you could have some problems when rendering the modules for example, or also featured post on featured slide.
Replace by image placeholder is a pretty cool feature, but it is not apply on all modules (for example : EasyBlog - Random Post Module, or EasyBlog - Most Popular Post Module), neither on slider for featured post
(except if i make an error on configuration 
)
