I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Correct me if I am wrong, do you want to hide the image name as well the date? Unfortunately, there is no setting to hide it currently. However you can try to replace the file attached in the folder:
JOOMLA_ROOT_FOLDER/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/photos/info.php
and see how it goes?
