Hello
Having another problem with your product - whenever you go into quickpost and upload a photo, it uploads fine and is displayed, but when you publish it, it comes out plain black instead.
Is this a setting in the wrong place or is it a bug?
Please help - still not got this thing properly working.
Tell me what the answer is rather than demanding FTP access by default.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It would be best if you can setup a new Superadmin user account from backend and FTP access, so I can able to troubleshoot this issue and help you solve this issue as soon as possible.

change it using the forgot password link

I am not quite sure I understand you here, do you mean you would like us to click `forget password` link from your page? If yes, I do not know what is your user account email address.

What I meant was: you already have a super user admin account, with the user name I stated. If you don't know the password, just change it.
Please hurry as the blog is a mess, again.

Hey there,

I do not know what is this user account 'stackideas' email address, please advise.

Or you update my email address into this `stackideas` account from your backend.

I have updated the email address and also tried to set the password as blogguru

You may have to change this once you get in. If you cannot get in please use the forgot password link and a mail will be sent to your email address above.

Hi there,

I have tried to replicate this issues on your site, it seems that we can't replicate this issues as you can see in my videos as shown ---> http://screencast.com/t/fgFyCjUgj1j . Please advice or maybe you can provide us with the image that may caused this issues to happen?

Well, I just loaded a post and it's failed. You can see it live on the site right now.
It's not one particular image I tried several before opening this thread and one of my users has tried it from TZ and has the same problem.

btw, I did the exact same as you - so what are the photo parameters? Is there an upper limit on the size or something? If so, your product won't work for us, after all this terrible messing about.

We still investigating on this issues, and can you provide/attach us with the images you used to upload on your post for us to further check on your issues because when we tried to upload using our images, it seems to works fine. We also have disable temporarily your Facebook auto-posting and email notifications for testing/debugging purposes. Thanks for understandings

Here is the photo I chose. I've chosen others previously at random. and others have had the same result coming from a different camera, via a PC in TZ, totally separate from anything in my architecture

Hey there,

Try download my attached file and replace into this following file location and try upload 1 image from quick post and see is it work fine now?

JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\simpleimage\simpleimage.php

if the issue still persists, can you provide us with your FTP access so we can better have a check?

You're welcome. But I would suggest you start a new thread if the issue still persists, because it would help other moderator to easy to follow up your issue.
