May I know the steps you did to create the outdoor album?

I went to 'my photos' and click on create album

I don't see any albums with the title "outdoor" when logged in as the user account senegalonline . Can you please give us the appropriate account that you are testing with so that we can look into this?

You need to log in with the credential below, navigate to my albums and it is the album named 'outdoor'
although you should have seen it with the admin account

I have checked your site and I seems can't replicate this issue with your site. I have created a test album to replicate this and the album is successfully posted to stream.
