I have download de install program but i have this error: Payplans requires a minimum of Payplans 3.7.1 to be installed on your site before you can upgrade to version 4.0.0

I have version 3.5.2 Build 2, of PayPlans ReadyBytes in Joomla 3.10.6 working with a lot of customers.

I not have apps / payments gateways that are already deprecated in PayPlans 4.x
I not have any customisation done to my PayPlans 3.5.x

What i must to do ??

Hey Joan,

Before upgrading to PayPlans 4.2.11, your site must have to install PayPlans 3.7.1 version.
Can you provide us with your site backend and FTP details, so we will help you to upgrade PayPlans 3.7.1 at your site, later you can upgrade to PayPlans 4.2.11.

Or if you want us to upgrade to PayPlans 4.2.11 at your site, let me know we will do it for you.

How can i change de restriccion message from default template, into spanish ?
You can change the text using the language override. You can find the language string at the below-mentioned path.
root\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_payplans.ini

1. near line no. 1911, find below mentioned language strings.


COM_PP_CONTENTACL_RESTRICTED_MEMBERS_TO_ACCESS="You have to be a member to access this content."

COM_PP_CONTENTACL_RESTRICTED_MEMBERS_TO_ACCESS_DESC="Please login and subscribe to a plan if you have not done so."


2. near line no. 2947, find the below-mentioned language string.


COM_PP_RESTRICTED_LOGIN_IF_YOU_HAVE_MEMBERSHIP="Login if you already have an account"
