Sorry for the late reply. I'm sorry but we don't have any specific extension that you can use. However, you can use any of the Payment Getaway for Joomla. I believe, you want to allow paid usergroup to be able to do specific action. In Easyblog, you can set which usergroup will be able to write/read blogs.
