other string not translated correctly

Hi. In the comment form i see "guest" but i have this in my language form:
COM_EASYBLOG_GUEST="Ospite"

So why?

Please see the attachment.
This is because your admin language file is not translated yet. Edit the file /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini and remove the following language string at line 1169

COM_EASYBLOG_GUEST="Guest"

Why do i have to edit /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini if i have already translated the front end ini language file? Why administrator language file?

The admin language file is loaded on the front end as well and it is overwriting the language string on the front end. I have applied a fix for this internally but the quickest way for you to fix this is to update the translations of the admin language file
