It seems like this issue only occur in Joomla version 4.0.4. The dropdown work just fine prior to Joomla 4.0.4. Not entirely sure if this is a bug from Joomla or EasySocial, but we will continue to check on the issue and will let you know if we found anything related.

How could I set the group ID 29 and 30 to create by user seekkhmer, now they were created by guest because I delete group owner in accident. Now I want to set those group for super user so I have take control now.. Now I can’ take over those group.

I have applied a temporary fix on all of the following files on your site and the menu should work correctly now. We are still investigating the issue since we are not entirely sure if Joomla itself is at fault here or EasySocial. If it is the latter, hopefully, we can come up with a proper fix for the next release of EasySocial.

Hello. Just to let you know: when I updated Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 (just for test) I get the same problem (with dropdown menu in backend) for EasySocial and EasyBlog. Thanks.

This issue is resolved in EasySocial 4.0.8 and EasyBlog 6.0.1. Are you still having these issues?
