Notifications to blogger when comment posted

When a comment is posted that requires moderation, the notification email is only going to super user. How can we make sure that the notification is sent to the author?

I have checked the settings as best I can and it looks like the author's email is set correctly, but they are not receiving the notification emails although the admin user is.
