I truly love your easysocial – you guys are incredible!
I have a question:
When someone comments on your picture, likes , comments , tags , ......etc,
Notifications are not sent to the user
I am having the same issue in some cases.

Sometimes i revise a group and i notice comments that i was not notified about.

Do you mean that system notification or email notification?
Can you try discover process from your backend > Easysocial > alert > discover > start scan
And see how it goes? If still the same, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

I meant some times theres no notification i noticed. But its not real problematic yet. Will see how it goes after we update. No worries.

Hello Medf,

The problem is most likely because you did not setup the cronjob yet as looking at your mail activities at the back end of EasySocial, there are quite a number of emails that are still pending on the queue. You need to setup the cronjob for your site as outlined at http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/cronjobs
