Not translated statements in the Toggle Submenu

No characters can be translated in the language file!
This sentence Toggle Submenu, where translation? How does this phone switch menu where translation?

There are no characters can be translated----- com_easysocial.ini

If you are on 1.3.7, you should see a new string like below in the language file



COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_TOGGLE_SUBMENU="Toggle Submenu"

Looks like the file /components/com_easysocial/themes/frosty/toolbar/default.php is outdated. I have updated it.
