It seems that there are many pendings email at your Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Email Activities. Maybe this is because you have disable "Send email when the page loads" at Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Settings>Notifications>Email Settings and will delayed the notifications email sent to user.
We also suspect that you have set the cronjob to be deliverd wrongly as i tried to run your cronjob -->http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/index.php?option=com_easydiscuss&task=cron , 5 email sent as you can see here http://prntscr.com/ca315x.

I've activated "Send email when the page loads" from notifications tab under ED settings. I do not want to set any cron job. Should the system fire emails for subscription on the above condition? Because I did not receive any email as I have subscribed a post. Can you please test it? It seems that it works fine already. Actually, when we first subscribe the post, email doesn't sent to the subcriber an as mention http://prntscr.com/ca66nt email will sent if there are "new reply on this discussion". I tested to reply the discussion and email will sent to me. But now in pending state as shown http://prntscr.com/ca67pt.

I suspect it wont sent you any emails yet because there are still plenty of your email still pending. It is either you purge all or sent them until there are no more pendings left. Then tried to whether email are sent "Send email when the page loads". Please give it a try.
