Try double check this following option is it enable?

1. Backend > Easyblog > settings > comment > integration > Komento - YES (If more than 1 comment system enable you have to enable `Enable multiple comment systems`)

2. Backed > Easyblog > ACL > public/guest user group / comment tab > post comment YES

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

It's still not working. How can I send my FTP access info securely?

By the way, in the future you can just include your Joomla backend and FTP access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

I've updated the ftp information now, if you could take a look at what I might be missing in regards to guest comments not working. Thank you.
