Did you configured EasyBlog to notify everyone on the site when a new post is posted? If you did, then there is no "unsubscribe" links generated since the user did not subscribed in the first place.

Yes, I configured like you explained, because I want to send an email to everybody who is registered on my site, when I post something.
What can I change to make it better?

Hey Margitta,

I would suggest that you export these user's email addresses and import them in EasyBlog's subscription area. Then disable the option "Notify everyone" because they need to first subscribe to the blog first in order to be able to unsubscribe

sorry for my long delay.

I didn´t import some addresses and everybody subscribed by his own in the Easyblog area. They all subscribed in frontend by themselves. And with a new post yesterday I noticed, that some of my users get an unsubscribe-link in the notification-mail and others not.

Now I checked my user groups: On my joomla backend I have a list of my users. They all are easyblog-users. In my opinion it is strange, that some of them have the note "last visit- never" (letzter Besuch - niemals).

And when I check my users in Easyblog component I get another list with much less users - like the second picture attached. And there is one user who is not listed in the joomla-user-group.

For better understanding I made an subscribing in frontend and document it with pictures subscribe1 - 6.png.
The account I created I don´t find in my list of abonnements entire site..!? (subscribe8.png) But I find it in my joomla user group (subscribe7.png)

I hope, you understand now what my problem is: On the one hand I don´t understand where the user which subscribe themselve for my blog are listed. And on the other hand I dont´t understand why some of them get a subscribe-link in the notification mail and others not.

It would be great when you are able to bring some light into the darkness...

Hey Margitta,

The list of "users" that you see in EasyBlog are actually authors. That is why it is lesser than the user's listing in Joomla.

To view all the subscribers that subscribed to the blog, you can do so by click on the "Subscriptions" on the sidebar. This will give you an overview of all the subscribers on the site

I´m very sorry about my delay again. But I spent a few days holiday. Now I´m back and willing to solve my problem.

My subscribers are listed under "authors" on the sidebar. There I found them now. Thats fine :-).

But actually still I have the question concerning the unsubscrib-link in the notifikation-mail. What I know is, that not all of these users get this link in the mails. Why? All of them subscribed by themselve, no address is imported.
What have I to do to ensure, that everybody gets a mail with this link, when I post my next blog-message...?
