No permission page redirect to error page

Hi,

I have set a group user to be able to select category 'when creating discussion' so they can post to it. But I set this same group not to view discussion and view reply to it. Only moderator can view it. Moderator then move this topic to the correct category where user should view it.

This can be done successfully.

The problem is if user goes to My Profile, it will display their latest post...and when it click their post, which is not yet move to the correct category by moderator, it will goes to error 404 page instead of displaying no permission page/info.

Any idea how to make it display no permission info? instead of redirecting to error page.
