thanks
it is working better...

but :
- translation seems not working !!
even if french is 100% and installed

- may be duplicated post (or first is for created blog post and other one is for modified blog post... )
in second case i would suggest to have a different text like : "xxx have upgraded his blog post : title ..."

please see : .../filtreapplication/blog

thanks in advance for your help

Hi Loic,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have apply some fix on your site. Please take a look.
However, the language string is not translated. You need to translate it to French language and you can find it here, in this file: .../administrator/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.plg_app_user_blog.ini

Hope this work and please do update us back.

Hi,

I am sorry for the confusion.
Blog Apps still searching the language string from plg_app_user_blog.ini . This is because blog apps are not included in EasySocial component installer and it need to be install separately.

Thanks.

Ho Loic,

I am really sorry for this. I have rechecked the code and consulted my colleague, it seems like the blog apps language strings are already included in the com_easysocial.ini. I feel bad for you since you must be really confuse right now. I am really sorry. I believe you're correct, EasySocial do not need this file anymore: /administrator/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.plg_app_user_blog.ini . You can remove this file since blog apps will use the the language string from com_easysocial.ini.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

hello,
no problem for confusion, don't worry

but we still have a problem...

Blog app language strings are already in : fr-FR.com_easysocial.ini but seems not to be used...

if i only use fr-FR.com_easysocial.ini (including the blog app strings) : strings are not translated in stream view
if i use fr-FR.plg_app_user_blog.ini : strings are translated !!

Hello Loic,

Sorry for late reply to this,

You no need keep any file, because once you remove this file -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.plg_app_user_blog.ini , then it should work fine now. The reason why you hitting this issues is because we already move the blog apps translation constant in JoomlaFolder/language/xx-XX/xx-XX.com_easysocial.ini recently update. Hope this help.

Hello Arlex,

I am 100% agree with you
what you say is what i have said and tried to explain
please see above discussion

I have reported my problem because of that : "even if language strings were included in "com_easysocial.ini" there were no translations and my ES needed a "plg_app_user_blog.ini" file to be translated... for me also i was sounded crazy.

Now the problem have been solved by Mohd Yasser and i am trying to understand and i wondering if he apply a fix and if it will be included in next release.

hope you'll understand

Loïc

Hi Loic,

Thanks for your patient and I am really sorry for the confusion.
Actually, there was a plg_app_user_blog.ini in en-GB and it should not be there. After I deleted this language file, your site's translation is working correctly. I believe you didn't need to backup any files for this issue.

Thanks.
