Hi Guys,

When a user reports another user on my site a report is generated, but it isn't emailed to the system administrator or a moderator. (I added an email address in the section in 'reports' for it).

Please can you offer some assistance?

Thank you,

Suman
Hello Suman,

I have help you setup the cronjob in your site now, all the pending email notification is processing now.
The cronjob will process 50 email in every 10 minute.

Hello Suman,

Did you enable the option as shown in the screen shot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-10-21_2251.png ? If these options are already enabled, check your "Mail Activities" at the back end of EasySocial and see if those emails are generated?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for coming back to me.

Yes, I did set the 'Report' configurations as in the screencast. It's still not sending me an email when a user reports.

I am getting other emails though, for example when a new user signs up or when a user creates a group, so I the emailing system seems to be working fine.

I have also noticed that users aren't emailed notifications either, for example if they get a message from another user, it shows in the toolbar, but they aren't emailed this. In settings it is set for them to be emailed these notifications however. Could these 2 issues be related. Please find login details for my site attached.

Hi Arlex,

I haven't set up the cronjob yet, so it is probably that.

I will set it up and update you guys.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Arlex,

I tried setting up the cronjob, but its giving me a bunch of errors saying: "No such file or directory". I suspect I am entering the wrong command line in the CPanel crojob settings. I'm also not sure about the 'secure cronjob key'. I would really appreciate your assistance with setting this one up. I am adding my cpanel login details.
