May i know are you using a module or extension regarding with your News Tickers & Scrollers?
Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look? Please advise.
Let us know after you installed, that tickers is it display on your page now?

I have not installed yet any extension. I would like to know if exists a extension to display part of the blog, or the title of the blog
in a News Tickers & Scrollers.

Unfortunately we do not have this News Tickers & Scrollers similar module in our end now
But this suggestion I already added in our Easyblog feature request list, we will see if we can implement in the future.
