Network update not working.

Hi, I am trying to update my ES, but network update is failing with the following error: 
We have released a new launcher for EasySocial 1.4. Please download the new launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard
Sorted it out myself. I had to install the new laucher found on my dashboard:D

How do you install it? download the new launcher and upload to root directory? how exactly please?
