Need to uninstall and install fresh install

I have modified a template and need to revert back. I am trying to uninstall which is successful but when I reinstall all of the old comments and styles are still there. Please help. I need a fresh install of Komento. What folders do I need to remove from cpanel?
Hello Brian,

When you uninstall Komento, all the files are removed from the site. Only the database are not removed from the site. If you want to delete the database, you need to delete the tables which has the prefix of jos_komento_*
