Need to find good documentation about ES Apps

Can somebody point me to where I can learn all about the Apps in EasySocial and where to find more and how to upgrade them, etc... I just did a discover Apps and found JFBCConnect which I will probably not use although it is a very good product. I also found Comments. I probably need that. I see in my EasySocial interface that I appear to have Aritcles for Joomla and K2 and also Kunena. I probably do not need any of those and i would like to remove the ones that are just not relevant so my users won't see them. I also see there is one for google ads and I am not sure I want that one.
Has a Tutorial been made on this subject. :-)
