Need help with editing menus

Using the Fluent template, my 2nd menu that displays Easysocial menu options has a number of duplicate menu options with the "HELIX_ULTIMATE_HEADER_STYLESTYLE" menu at the top of the page. How do I edit the lower menu to remove the: Friend Requests, Conversations, and Notifications?

Also, is it possible to make the upper profile button function like the lower menu button, and remove the profile icon from the lower menu?

You can edit the StackIdeas module and disable the items from displaying on your site. I've helped you disabled them and it should be displaying correctly now. Check out the attached screenshots.

Unfortunately, it is not possible.
