Hi,

I'm setting up EasyDiscuss as a question and answer forum between patients and doctors.
I will have a doctor per category who will answer the questions posted in that category.
Doctor will have ACL settings to answer in his category.
I want to have a menu for doctors group where they can see their questions to answer.

how "my assigned" menu item will work?
I'm not able to see the posts, can you please help me in setting up this to meet my requirements.

BTW I met your team at JWC15 in Bangalore, India.
Your products are built with passion, it is always packed with stunning features.

Thanks
Prakash.

I believe that was good ideas for create each category menu item in your site, so your site doctor can easier to check their patients discussion on different separate post.

By the way, I've tried to access in your Joomla backend but it seems like you provided that user account do not have permission to access in your Joomla backend.

You can create `My assign post layout` menu item from backend, so your site doctor can easier to view is it got any task assigned to myself. (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/sn9aOMWG0u0 )

I'm not able to see the posts, can you please help me in setting up this to meet my requirements.

I have a little bit lost here, can you elaborate more details regarding which post you not able to see?

Hi,

In continuation to the above discussion on my assigned posts:
I've a user with permission to reply/moderate in a category called "iondemo"
username: xxxx password: xxxx
I've posted as a guest to the iondemo category.

Menu link:
http://askmeradoctor.com/index.php/questions/ask-a-question/assigned

My question is: when I logged in as moderator and access My assigned posts, I could not see the guest question?
Are the questions asked not assigned to category owners automatically.
Please assume in my case, I've an user as moderator for each category and I want that user to give replies.

Please help me.
If you need backend access, please give me your mail id.

Thanks
Prakash.

The main purpose of "My assigned posts" for me is to have a single menu item where users can login and answer in their category without navigating to category pages.

Hey Prakash,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tried to access in your Joomla backend, but it seems like already blocked this user account `cmad..` access.

Warning
You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site.

This is my email address -> arlex.wong@stackideas.com

I would like to check that guest discussion post status once I can access your Joomla backend.

Looking forward of your response.
