With this new "forum" layout released today I would like these features to be added to ED 4.0
When you want to quote multiple posts you always have to scroll up and down a few times to complete your message because the quote button always redirects to the composer at the bottom of the page.
If there was a possibility to highlight a message or highlight its borders when you scroll down and read the messages then if you want to quote the highlighted message you click the multiple quote button in the fixed toolbar it adds the highlighted message in the composer but without automatically scrolling at the bottom of the page.
You continue reading the topic and you can quote another message and so on...
scroll read & click, scroll read & click, scroll read & click, voilà all quotes are already in the composer when I scroll to the bottom of the page and I can compose my reply!

Quote selected text is also a feature many forums have.
It could be implemented in the fixed toolbar or in next to the existing quote button in the message head
