Multi-langauge group categories

Is it at all possible to create a group category that is multi-language aware? Imagine a multi-language site where all the group names are in English, that doesn't make too much sense.

(I know that I can change the titles and descriptions to a custom language string, I think that it would make more sense that the default groups be ready for translation similar to all the default fields.)

For reference, the categories are stored in the #_social_clusters_categories table.
