I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as I have missed your post earlier.

I'm not quite sure how can I replicate the issue on your site. When I'm trying to access the url from your latest blog module on your frontpage the url will be displayed correctly as it should when sh404sef is turned on. In first version error was in url:

i.e.: addtitional url: /component/easyblog/?Itemid=101&lang=pl

Today I made following steps:
-purge urls in sh404SEF (it's created new links),
-after that I saw correct url (link): http://razempsycholog.pl/blog/blog/categories/psychoterapia-warszawa/czy-obecnie-potrzebujemy-cyfrowego-detoksu/
-after that I saw wrong url in module Latest posts, i.e.:
http://razempsycholog.pl/blog/blog/categories/psychoterapia-warszawa/czy-obecnie-potrzebujemy-cyfrowego-detoksu/component/easyblog/?Itemid=101&lang=pl
-I added (in sh404SEF) above url (http://razempsycholog.pl/blog/blog/categories/psychoterapia-warszawa/czy-obecnie-potrzebujemy-cyfrowego-detoksu/component/easyblog/?Itemid=101&lang=pl) to correct url: http://razempsycholog.pl/blog/blog/categories/psychoterapia-warszawa/czy-obecnie-potrzebujemy-cyfrowego-detoksu -and does work correctly.

To draw conclusions:
-sh404SEF router generates wrong url in module Latest posts (adds additional url: /component/easyblog/?Itemid=101&lang=pl).
in EasyBlog version 3.9.x there were no such problems....
-after purge urls in sh404SEF, It's creates anew urls - and I saw - now sh404SEF adds to some posts additional url:
http://razempsycholog.pl/blog/blog/categories/psycholog-dzieciecy-warszawa/bunt-dwulatka-psycholog-dzieciecy-radzi/wpis?lang=pl
but should be (original): http://razempsycholog.pl/blog/blog/categories/psycholog-dzieciecy-warszawa/bunt-dwulatka-psycholog-dzieciecy-radzi
It's interesting, that some urls are generated correctly, some urls not (addtitional: /wpis?lang=pl) & it's the real problem (error)...
Could you check your sh404SEF router for EasyBlog 5.0.19 & give some advices - what should be change?

Yes, you can update to new version, just 5 minutes ago I made backup in AkeebaBackup. Good to know, it is production website.

I saw, that you didn't update EasyBlog, perhaps better is not to update in current situation.
I updated EasyBlog 5.0.19 to 5.0.23 on another domain (razempsycholog1.pl - the same access data) & now - there are no possobility to comment. You can check & test it on domain: http://razempsycholog1.pl/blog/blog/categories/psycholog-dzieciecy-warszawa/psycholog-dzieciecy-warszawa

If you prepare additional patch (update) for such bug - I can update EasyBlog to the newest version?

It's the reason, that I'm afraid to upgrade do the newest version. Perhaps you have another idea - it;s possible to tst it on website: http://razempsycholog1.pl/blog/
