Hi Team,
Please help to understand following issues;

Easysocial: User Name field is non-editable. Is there a way user can edit tat field too as part of profile edit?
Easysocial: Event default approval. On creation of event it should be default approved.
Easysocial: Notification of easy blog rating didnt display in easy social notification.
Easysocial: Photo upload -> Add Location -> Minus sign(-) for minimizing map view level not visible in the MAP window.
Easysocial: Add photo file upload limit set to 8mb but failed to load 6 mb file. is it because i tried with multiple 6 mb file example 5 togather?

Thanks in advance,
Aranb
Easysocial: User Name field is non-editable. Is there a way user can edit that field too as part of profile edit?
Yes. There is a setting in the EasySocial -> profile types -> custom field. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/0r3SQpVYz .

Easysocial: Event default approval. On creation of event it should be default approved.
There is a setting in the EasySocial for moderation. Please disable/set to no for Moderate Event Creation. You can find it at profile types -> Access -> Events . Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/jnI4u8oHGr .

Easysocial: Notification of easy blog rating didn't display in easy social notification.
There is setting in the EasyBlog which send the notification to the specified user. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/T6L5kBvacw . You can find this setting at Easyblog -> Settings -> Integrations -> EasySocial.

Easysocial: Photo upload -> Add Location -> Minus sign(-) for minimizing map view level not visible in the MAP window.
I am sorry but I can't replicate this issue with my local. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/T6L5kBvacw. Perhaps you can provide us any appropriate screenshot so that we can assist you on this issue?

Easysocial: Add photo file upload limit set to 8mb but failed to load 6 mb file. is it because i tried with multiple 6 mb file example 5 together?
No. The images are queue to be uploaded one by one. Can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can have a further look at your site. Also can you provide us with the images that failed to be uploaded so that we can replicate this issue.

Please put your site credentials in the site details provided below.
Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi mohdyasseribz,

Thanks for your reply.
1st 2 issues worked perfectly fine as suggested. Please check the comments for remaining;

--Already set but still not working

Easysocial: Add photo file upload limit set to 8mb but failed to load 6 mb file. is it because i tried with multiple 6 mb file example 5 together?
No. The images are queue to be uploaded one by one. Can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can have a further look at your site. Also can you provide us with the images that failed to be uploaded so that we can replicate this issue.

-- FTP access provided.

I am adding 3 more query too

cover photo and avatar photos album did not allowe to uplaod image from my album section.

Goup photos is not part of my photo album of user.

"Compiling has been disabled because your server's memory limit is less than 96mb." I can see this error at EasySocial theme section compiler tab though web site has 256 Mb physical memory at that point of time. Please help me to understand this msg.

Hi,

I am sorry for the late reply.
Regarding your questions:

Easysocial: Photo upload -> Add Location -> Minus sign(-) for minimizing map view level not visible in the MAP window.
> Can you try put this css code in your current Joomla template and see if this resolved the issue.
body div#fd.es .es-location .es-location-map{
height:250px !important;
}

Easysocial: Add photo file upload limit set to 8mb but failed to load 6 mb file. is it because i tried with multiple 6 mb file example 5 together?
> I can't replicate this issue with your site since I can upload the image files without error.

Cover photo and avatar photos album did not allowed to upload image from my album section.
> Are you referring to this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/cDrIhXlY and this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/219KGuVnX . I believe it is suppose to behave like that. EasySocial disallow user to upload a cover image and avatar image through album's section. This is because, for cover image, EasySocial need to get the image position to the cover image and while for avatar, the image need to be cropped first before using it as a avatar.

Group photos is not part of my photo album of user.
> I believe it is suppose to behave like that. Each group have their own ID and the group photos album are referred using this ID. Moreover, each user might have join multiple groups and the user might upload many images to the different groups as well. This can make loading the page takes a longer time.

"Compiling has been disabled because your server's memory limit is less than 96mb." I can see this error at EasySocial theme section compiler tab though web site has 256 Mb physical memory at that point of time. Please help me to understand this msg.
> I have checked your site in PHP Information and it seems like it is 64mb. You can check it here at System > System Information > PHP Information. Search for memory_limit.

If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Hi,

WE have tested it now and the outcome sows it is working for easyblog rating , not for easyblog comments. Also easy discuss notification for easy social seems stop working.
Please look into it once more

Hello,

The setting for Easyblog Comment is actually applied to Easyblog built-in comment only: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-19_1534.png . I've tested with built in comment, it does sent out the notification: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-19_1533.png

I've also tested the notification for Easydiscuss. And it is working for me: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-19_1538.png did missed anything?
