First of all I just wanted to say a big thank you to you guys. We launched the site yesterday and we are very pleased with the ease of use and the simplicity of its structure. I am very confident that users will find that as well. I just can't tell you how happy I am we decided to go ahead with EasySocial and not any of the other competitors. You put in a lot of work into it and the wait has been so worth it. Thank you again

Regarding the issue. As the title suggests. This is probably not the best thing as there might be groups that should not get approved but still, until the administrator rejects them, they get their '15 minutes' (unwelcome exposure).

Thanks in advance!
Hello David,

I can't seem to reproduce this on my end I created a group and the group is moderated but I do not see the group anywhere on the stream. Am I missing anything here?

I don't know Mark. We launched the site today and someone suggested a group and it showed up on the stream. I did not think you guys would have designed that into the system but it does happen. They even uploaded a profile image which appeared on the news feed (previous unity).

Hi David,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that i can debug this issue directly from your site? Also, can you tell me the steps to reproduce this issue?
Please advise.

Hi Sam,

Details below. I am not sure how to reproduce it but since then another user suggested a group and it was not visible. I am not sure how that happened but maybe you can have a look to see if you can make sense of that.

Thank you.

Hello David,

When I accessed the front end of the groups area at http://www.twigit.org/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=groups I don't even see the create groups button so how did the user create the group? I have been trying this locally and am unable to reproduce this issue.

If you can provide us with the steps to reproduce this issue, it would be much appreciated

Hi Mark,

If you go in to any group and look at the sidebar and scroll a bit down, you will see a 'Suggest a Group' button

The user I provided is a super admin and can create a group. We changed the colour of the button to red. http://postimg.org/image/ybwidaqen/

Hello David,

Ah, didn't realize that it was at the bottom right corner (It's a pretty bad UX imo). Anyway, upon clicking on that button, I am hitting this, http://screencast.com/t/Roy9ILgmMrt Could you provide us with a normal account that is allowed to create groups?

Hi Mark,

I am sorry about that. We set you on the wrong profile. It will work now. Though like i said, I had 2 groups suggested for the last 2 days and I had no stream posts on it so probably the problem is gone.

Hello David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I tried to suggest a group called "Developers" group but it wasn't in moderation state because I believe the user account is a super admin account and EasySocial does not moderate groups created by super admins.

Perhaps if you hit this again, let us know the steps that you take to reproduce this issue (Including the user account that you have used to create the group).
